Working knowledge of AC motors, including end plates, rotors, windings, motor layouts, shaft/endplate prints, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
Ability to read SFDs, special instructions, TDRs, manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and indication gauges.
Must understand and properly use required PPE
Ability to perform repetitive pulling, pushing, and twisting motions; move trays of assembled and unassembled motors weighing up to 90 lbs. across conveyor lines; and work with sealants, silicone, and greases.
Must be able to use various hand and pneumatic tools, understand flex flow/day-and-rank systems
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
Must pass a background and drug screen
Have valid U.S. work authorization.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
