4-5 years of relevant experience
High school degree or equivalent
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time
Capable of standing for long periods
Understanding, train to and enforce applicable Operations and Quality Systems' requirements
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint reading, specification, change, design)
Working knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, instructions and blueprints
Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
Understand and obey safety requirements
