Registered Nurse
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
10 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders as soon as possible after signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
A vehicle is required for this assignment.
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
