High School Diploma or GED required
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical documentation
Experience using basic gauging and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and steady hand movement
Ability to use tools such as tweezers, microscopes, knobs, levers, push buttons, foot pedals, and weigh scales
Basic computer skills and comfort with documentation systems
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
