Must meet or exceed, Vermont standards for Teaching Assistant position
High School diploma, or equivalent, required
3 credit college course in Psychology, Sociology, or Early Education related field
1 year of working experience in a childcare center
Must be 18 years of age, or older
First Aid & CPR Certification
Must be able to lift 40 (forty) pounds, on a regular and repeating basis
Must be able to perform during the day without scheduled breaks
Must be able to handle high noise levels and stressful environments
