Minimum 2 years of onsite supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in remittance processing
Background in employee engagement, training, and ongoing coaching
Strong ability to motivate, lead, and maintain visibility with teams
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven tasks
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and internal systems
Strong decision‑making, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organization
