Precision Grinder Machinist experience
Set up and operate precision surface grinding machines
Read prints and follow work instructions
Read and work with prints and detailed specifications, and inspection reports to machine finished components
Experience in determining feed rates and operating speeds
Experience in tooling and selecting grinding wheels
Ability to use a broad range of measuring instruments, gauges, and electronic indicators
Experience using computers in a manufacturing environment
Operate handling equipment ie: pallet jacks, and lifting cranes
High school diploma and or advanced technical training, 2 or more years equivalent experience in a similar environment
Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of machining skills sufficient enough to perform in this position
Stand for extended periods, reach with both hands, and bend as necessary
Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
