Working knowledge of the following: Design of Experiments, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Weibull Analysis, Mean Time Before Failure Analysis, Accelerated Life Testing, Environmental Testing, and EMC Testing.

Understanding of Embedded systems.

50% laboratory environment; requires frequent walking and standing.

50% office environment; requires sitting at a desk for extended periods

Ability to lift to 45lbs.

3+ years manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator or Inspector

High School degree or equivalent.

Ability to learn measuring equipment: micrometer; caliper; optical / vision comparator; height gages etc.

Ability to work at a microscope for extended periods

Ability to handle miniature and nano sized parts using tweezers and other small hand tools

Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office

At least 6 years of testing, lab, or related experience with hands-on work in a technical environment.

Understanding of electromechanical systems and the ability to recognize mechanical, electrical, or system abnormalities.

Hands-on instrumentation and data acquisition experience, including measurement test equipment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

Working knowledge of mechanical gauging and instruments (micrometers, calipers, force gages, dial indicators, and hardness testers).
