Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, and or Manufacturing engineering
Experience with soldering and working with delicate electronic components.
Working knowledge of IPC/J-STD, Space Addendum workmanship requirements.
Experience in Lean principles; mistake proofing, 3P, 5S+1, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, Cause & Effect, Gemba, Pull-Flow, SPC, FMEA, etc.
Proficiency with Control or similar MRP-based systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint.
Experience with CCA manufacturing processes and background in Manufacturing of space and/or avionic electronics for Military and Government Systems
