State Technical School apprenticeship and/or associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or an accredited Industrial Refrigeration, Boiler Tech program or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have knowledge of compressed air systems

Must be able to understand and use blueprints, schematics, and installation/operation manuals to install and repair equipment

No contact lenses allowed in engine room when welding or electrical troubleshooting and repair

Can work flexible hours and/or shifts

Willing and able to work a schedule covering 24/7/365

Must be able to train and be certified in Hazmat Level A Entry

Previous refrigeration experience

Electrical experience preferred

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour + UNCAPPED commission

Earning potential: $25 – $35 per hour with incentives
