The Delivery Driver will operate a semi-tractor-trailer to safely deliver precast concrete walls to various job sites in KY, IN, and OH from our Burlington, KY yard
Safely operates a semi-tractor-trailer and ensures all DOT rules and regulations are followed
Transports precast foundation walls from the manufacturing plant to construction sites and returns empty trailers to the plant
Perform pre-trip inspection of truck and trailer before leaving the yard
Secures all “A” frames and other materials to the trailer for the return trip back to the yard to drop off the empty trailer
Ensures the load is securely fastened to the trailer before transport
Operates the semi-tractor-trailer safely and obeys all traffic laws
Maintains accurate and up-to-date driving records
Assists the maintenance manager in planning and scheduling routine maintenance of the truck and trailer
Keeps the inside of the truck clean
Works closely with a crane operator and installation crew on-site to unload the panels in a particular order
