Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, machining, electronics, or other hands-on technical experience
Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools
Basic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing software/systems
Ability to perform measurements using tools such as rulers, calipers, micrometers, or gauges-or willingness to learn
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Lift and move 15 - 35 pounds without assistance
Work with parts of various sizes and weights
Repetitive shoulder/arm/hand motion
PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety steel toe shoes
