Part-time position requires availability during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Proven experience in addiction counseling, clinical counseling, or behavioral health settings with a focus on substance abuse recovery
Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention strategies
Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies, crisis management protocols, and trauma-informed care
Ability to perform assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and case management effectively within a residential setting
Proficiency in medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and understanding of ASAM treatment model and HIPAA compliance standards
Master's degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
