Currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

3+ years of engineering team management experience

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

3+ years of experience working in an Agile, startup, or rapidly scaling environment

Experience building or deploying AI/ML applications in production environments at scale

Experience with agentic and spec-driven development (developing AI agents a plus)

Experience working with teams that build and scale end-to-end production systems

Experience working in customer production environments

Experience managing teams in customer-facing or consulting-adjacent engineering roles

Background leading engineering teams in a startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling environment

Prior experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and/or Go

Experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent customer programs

3+ years of leadership development and talent management experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,00.00

The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000.00 and $90,00.00 per year.

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, data science, or a related field is required.

Must have exposure to computer vision and machine learning, with an understanding of deep generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, diffusion models).

Must have knowledge of signal processing with demonstrated knowledge and application of signal processing techniques.

Travel (30-40%) domestic and international is required.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
