High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required..
Valid driver's license with an acceptable THREE YEAR driving record.
Ability to safely operate an organizational vehicle, including a medium-sized bus and/or van.
Ability to successfully complete required criminal background checks and health screenings.
Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications, including CPR, First Aid, AED, and Medication Administration Training (MAT), if applicable.
Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems, including THERAP.
Ability to assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and medical needs with dignity and respect.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform CPR/First Aid/AED, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, push, pull and reach, climb stairs, safely navigate residential and community environments, and operate an organizational vehicle.
