Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Experience in the termination of fiber optic cables as well as proficiency in machine methods for polishing fiber ferrules.

Strong understanding of fiber optic testing.

Familiarity with advanced cleaning methods and the ability to ensure a contaminant free environment.

Ability to ensure fiber optic termination to meet industry and military standards and specifications are required.

Knowledge of fiber optic test equipment

Experience in building harnesses for equipment cabinets

Experience with recording data

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

$21.55 - $23.00/hr DOE.

Night Shift

6:30 PM - 6:45 AM

Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks.

Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!!

36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed processes and uphold quality standards in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or production issues

Comfort working on a 12-hour shift and performing hands-on, physical work

Ability to learn and apply pultrusion techniques, including tooling care and material identification

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment

High school diploma or GED preferred
