Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, CAD Technology, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience supporting engineering software systems.
Experience administering Creo, Windchill, DDM, or equivalent CAD/PDM/PLM systems.
Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Experience managing software licensing and vendor relationships.
Strong knowledge of Creo Parametric.
Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, Vault, SolidWorks PDM, or similar platforms.
Understanding of engineering drawings, BOM structures, and configuration management.
Familiarity with ERP system integration.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
