Minimum five (5) or more years in a shipyard production environment preferably in US Navy repair or new construction shipyards.
Knowledge of resource loading, critical path method, network logic, milestone relationships and base-lining network schedules.
Basic understanding and knowledge of legal contracts.
Ability to do simple math.
Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions.
Ability to problem solve, organize and prioritize work.
Knowledge of NAVSEA standard items.
Proficient with Earned Value Management System.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
