Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering discipline and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and board-level troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electronic components, component lifecycle management, and obsolescence mitigation.
Experience designing or modifying production test fixtures and automated test equipment.
Familiarity with engineering documentation, BOM management, and engineering change processes.
Proficiency using electronic CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar software.
