3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production control, or administrative coordination
Working knowledge of job travelers, engineering drawings, revision control, and manufacturing workflows.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as ProShop and with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and digital documentation systems.
Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements, machining processes, inspection workflows, and shop terminology.
Experience supporting scheduling, production control, or quality documentation.
