Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in manufacturing is required
Advanced knowledge of explosives and pyrotechnical operations and/ or experience working with and around hazardous chemicals/environments
Experience in auditing and reviewing manufacturing operations
Knowledge of standard quality system requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lead a team if needed
Advanced knowledge of MS suite applications. Analytical skills - advanced skills in Excel; MiniTab also preferred
Working knowledge of DoD 4145
Working knowledge of PSM
Fundamental knowledge and understanding of statistical concepts and how to apply them to development and production processes
Ability to lift, move, and position heavy components, tools, and equipment (often 20-50+ lbs)
Frequent use of hands and fingers for assembly, inspection, and operation of machinery
Ability to work in controlled but potentially noisy, high-pressure, and confined spaces
Capacity to maintain focus and precision over long shifts, often in a fast-paced production environment
