Welding
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with little or no supervision
Must be familiar with all company policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers
Ability to follow the production schedule and work with little or no supervision
Able to operate assorted forklift models as needed
Responsible for moving loads of material safely from one process to another
Maintain equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions prior to end of shift
Train and assist other personnel as needed
Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality
Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies
Ability to read and understand blueprints prior to starting each order
Weld VAF body to maintain its position
Set up fixtures - weld, TIG VAF's into position
Must have the ability to follow the production schedule and work with little or no supervision
Able to lift up to 25lbs
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
