Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Real Estate, Public Policy, or Finance field and 10+ years of experience supporting program development, facilities planning, or DOTMLPF-C analysis, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting program development, facilities planning, or DOTMLPF-C analysis

Knowledge of USMC facilities processes, condition assessment systems, such as iNFADS or Builder, or investment package development

Ability to identify and document emerging facility requirements and produce analytic impact reports

Ability to develop databases to track program execution, and prepare structured decision-quality documentation

Ability to oversee the efforts of less senior staff

Experience collaborating with USMC or DoD facilities, programs, or planning organizations

Knowledge of GF-CI review workflows or force-design-driven investment processes

Master's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field

PMP, CFM, or related facilities or program management certifications

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
