LPN
Current, valid, and unrestricted South Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a LPN
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
