Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs.

If hired for the position, must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure.

Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and/or Washington state.

Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery

Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health

Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms

Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements

Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills

Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
