5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and an additional module such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, or Payroll
Experience configuring HCM business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional setups
Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 HCM production support, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams such as Integration, DBA, or Security
Knowledge of HR operations and data structures, including worker records, assignments, roles, and security
Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
