4+ years of experience with the Department of Defense or federal program and project management
2+ years of experience with scheduling
Knowledge of experience with testing and evaluation, including SOVT, ATP, or DOT&E;
Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), contracts, and shipbuilder CDRLs
Ability to integrate schedules with other program documentation and reporting
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
