10 + years of experience in a CS or IT environment

Experience in cybersecurity, including evaluating cybersecurity risk assessments or performing supply chain risk management analysis

Experience in services for the federal government or federal advising within a professional environment

Experience using AI tools along collaboration and knowledge management products such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Excel, and Access

Experience drafting, editing, and collaborating on executive or senior-level correspondence, information papers, and briefing decks to support decision-making

Experience planning and facilitating meetings such as working groups or conferences, and associated pre- and post-meeting activities

Knowledge of the DoD cybersecurity program

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

Experience supporting DoD-level organizations, including Action Officer duties, coordination, and staffing processes or tools

Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications and FISMA

Knowledge of DoD issuances such as DoDI and DoDD, or issuances such as DoWI and DoWD, and Joint Publications

Knowledge of DoD IT, cybersecurity, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), and Cyber-SCRM, and information and communications technology SCRM policy

Experience supporting Personnel Security ( PERSEC ) and Information Security ( INFOSEC ) General Intelligence Security Programs by providing comprehensive risk management and security services to the Army

Experience with System Authorization Access Request Forms ( SAAR ) in Army Enterprise System Integration Program ( AESIP ) , Identity, Credential, and Access Management ( ICAM ) , General Fund Enterprise Business System ( GFEBS ) , and Account Management and Provisioning System ( AMPS ) systems

Experience submitting Personnel Security Investigation Portal ( PSIP ) forms for new security clearance requirements, clearance upgrades, and continuous vetting requirements for all Active Guard Reserve ( AGR ) , Active Duty Operational Support ( ADOS ) , and CIV staff

Experience supporting INFOSEC requirements asso cia ted with access and oversight of secure work environments within a facility

Experience actioning supplemental Information Requests from Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency ( DCSA ) Adjudication and Vetting Service ( AVS ) regarding security clearances for all National Guard Youth and Job Challenge program populations

Experience initiating and verifying the favorable adjudication of a national-level Tier 1 Background Investigation with Child Care Coverage Code 8

Experience conducting Tier 1 with Child Care Coverage Code 8 background investigations, including State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) Checks for all states of residence since age 16, State Child Abuse and Neglect Registry (CANR) Checks across child protective services and abuse registries nationwide, State Sex Offender Registry (SOR) Checks for public and non-public registries, including NSOPW queries, or Installation Records Checks (IRC) covering DoD law enforcement, drug or alcohol rehabilitation records, and Family Advocacy Program (FAP) databases for DoD-affiliated personnel

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED
