Familiarity with industry-standard writing styles or government-specific guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand and translate technical information and concepts into clear documentation.
Experience developing and maintaining POA&Ms; or similar project plans.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks, as related to technical writing .

Must be able to occasionally operate heavy machinery
Must be able to lead and motivate employees
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and manage time effectively
Strong mechanical aptitude and expert level troubleshooting skills; able to accurately diagnose and repair equipment
Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software required in position; able to complete service reports and provide pertinent details for work orders
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write service reports that accurately document diagnosis and repairs performed
Must prepare required documentation including work orders, parts lists, and time cards in an accurate and timely manner
Must be able to work shifts as needed, including days, nights, and/or weekends to meet customer needs
