Minimum of six years of recent hands-on experience delivering SAP advisory services, with a deep specialization in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
Master's degree or relevant industry certification is a plus
Specific industry experience within the energy and utilities sectors
Proven success managing SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations (greenfield and/or migrations), capitalizing on modern features/functions, and integrating EAM with broader ERP modules
Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops, manage cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders, and effectively apply SAP Activate methodology to drive successful project outcomes
Experience contributing to EAM-focused pre-sales activities, proposal development, and nurturing relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
Exceptional executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical EAM concepts into clear, actionable business value for clients
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
