Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve complex system issues in the field
Travel to customer locations and respond to service calls as needed, including overnight travel when required
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to urgent service requests within defined response windows
Pass a background check
