Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

4 to 7 years of professional experience in Naval Architecture

Experience working with management, Government technical management, or Industry business management. DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); US Navy procedures and processes; Supervisory experience; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel;

Bachelor's degree in engineering, naval architecture or related field

Ship building experience desired.
