High school diploma or GED, and one year of industrial manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Lotus Notes).
Basic knowledge of statistical tools such as averages, standard deviations and run-charts.
Ability to read and understand policies, procedures and processes.
Familiarity with corrective action - 8D process.
Familiarity with Plant 3 valve design, assembly, testing.
Familiarity of Lean and problem solving events, as well as Lean and Problem solving methodology training.
U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency or other appropriate status is required for certain positions, in accord with U.S. import & export regulations.
