Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Electrical, Industrial, Civil or Aeronautical) that is ABET accredited
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, NPD, or production process development in an industrial environment
Demonstrated experience leading and successfully implementing manufacturing or automation projects from concept through production release
Proven ability to deliver projects that meet scope, cost, schedule, and performance objectives, including capital equipment or process implementation projects
Experience developing technical requirements, supporting capital justification, and executing projects through design, build, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up
Ability to lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers or integrators
Track record of delivering measurable results such as cost reduction, risk reduction, quality improvement, throughput improvement, or automation readiness
Demonstrated experience leading or influencing automation, robotics, or automated manufacturing systems
Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD tools, with the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Hands-on experience with welding, machining, assembly, fixturing, and production equipment
