Maintain a valid driver's license.
5+ years of direct experience
Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on department and company needs
Must be able to respond to after hours and weekend calls (24/7)
Able to travel between stores, as needed
This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands
Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
May involve reaching above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Strong knowledge of carpentry, painting, finishing, and general maintenance.
Proficiency in using power tools and handling materials safely.
Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
