10+ years of significant experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems or cloud-native backend infrastructure in production

.Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed-systems patterns (control loops, API servers, high-scale control planes), plus the fundamentals — containerization, networking, resource isolation.

Proficiency in at least one of Go, Java, or Python, and the willingness to work across all three.

A track record of leading cross-team technical work: turning ambiguous requirements into designs others can rally behind.

You must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Exposure to model serving, LLM/agent infrastructure, or streaming data systems.

2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data operations, data quality assurance, or dataset management.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud storage, including file organization, uploads, and downloads.

Proven experience in checking data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and metadata quality.

Ability to effectively utilize existing dashboards, processing tools, and logs to monitor workflows and investigate exceptions.

Familiarity with common document and data formats such as PDF, text, CSV, and JSON.

Experience specifically with AI training-data operations.

Familiarity with Azure Storage Explorer, AzCopy, or comparable file-transfer tools.

Basic SQL skills for querying, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

Basic Python knowledge for running existing scripts or making minor adjustments (advanced coding is not required).

Experience with Power BI or similar operational reporting tools for data visualization.

Familiarity with concepts such as dataset versioning, source traceability, access controls, and human-review workflows.
