3+ cumulative years of experience managing an engineering team
Demonstrated technical expertise in either power systems engineering (generators, UPS, switchgear, protection relays, transformers) or mechanical/thermal systems engineering (cooling infrastructure, airflow, thermal modeling)
Hands-on experience with simulation or modeling tools applicable to electrical power systems or mechanical/thermal systems (e.g., PSCAD, ETAP, Ansys Fluent, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent)
