Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
Experience with the project management of technical projects
7+ years of experience developing hardware across the full product lifecycle in aerospace, automotive, or similar high-reliability environments
Experience with satellite, avionics, or vehicle control systems
Experience with system integration into complex electromechanical assemblies or enclosures
Experience with radiation-tolerant design or qualification for harsh environments
Experience developing test systems or automation (e.g., Python, C/C++)
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or similar system-level test methodologies
Experience with low-level firmware development and hardware/software integration
