Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or related field of study
A minimum of ten (10) years of construction project management experience in a highly complex environment including at least five (5) years as an Project Manager III role or similar capacity and a minimum six (6) years leading, developing, and motivating teams
Minimum of eight (8) years of field experience with three (3) years in the supervision of construction operations and a minimum of eight (8) years of construction management experience, preferably in a Project Manager III role or similar capacity
Minimum of eight (8) years of field experience with five (5) years in the supervision of construction operations and a minimum of six (6) years of construction management experience, preferably in a Project Manager III role or similar capacity
Mastery of all Project Manager competencies and experience for advanced and highly complex projects including but not limited to: all financials including P&L;, all things cash, client proposals, risk mitigation, training and development
Mastery of Construction Management/ Technical Craft Skills
Ability to own, lead and manage New River Electrical most complex projects
Ability and desire to serve as mentor and training support expert to other project team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated skills in providing senior leadership, motivation, vision and direction.
Proven success in developing and maintaining advanced and complex customer relationships.
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
