2 years of experience with adult learning principles in instructional design,
training development, e-learning development, or related area.
Bachelors degree with a focus in learning, curriculum design, education,
communications, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of
training/experience in lieu of this degree.
Experience with one or more eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate
Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate.
Proven understanding of learning modalities and adult learning styles.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of current training presentation products and emerging technologies
for mobile applications.
A professional certificate in Instructional Design or a related discipline.
Experience with image/graphic creation and manipulation.
Experience working with Articulate Rise 360.
Experience in creating simulations, gamification design, and recording
screencasts.
Experience creating compelling visual designs for training that is functional
and engaging.
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and web design.
