High school diploma or equivalent.

Stand and walk for extended periods, potentially seven hours or more per shift.

Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Frequently bend, twist, kneel, reach, and manipulate materials and components during assembly.

Occasionally climb, balance, push, pull, carry, and sit as required by assigned tasks.

Safely operate or work around industrial machinery and material-handling equipment.

Work at elevated heights, including heights of 12 feet or more, when required by the assignment.

Familiarity with hand tools, conductor benders, brazing equipment, winding machines, de-reelers, wire cutters, pneumatic tools, cranes, and other industrial equipment, or the ability to learn through training.

Previous experience in coil winding, electrical assembly, heavy mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or power equipment production.

Familiarity with winding machinery, copper conductor handling, brazing, insulation application, and precision assembly.

Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or other powered industrial equipment.
