Bachelors in Education, Org Dev/Leadership or HR.
Min 5yrs experience in learning & development, organizational development or related.
Practical experience using Learning theories, Instructional Design, interactive training and learning design principles.
5 years acute healthcare leadership experience.
Proficiency working with learning management systems and online training platforms.
Strong knowledge and experience with end-to-end learning process with emphasis on delivery using multiple methodologies.
Strong facilitation and training skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
Ability to utilize LEAN methodology for problem solving
Demonstrates project management skills
Presentation and facilitation skills
