Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
Record procedure and results, numerical and graphical data and make recommendations for changes in product or test method
Manufacturing Engineer
Disposition NCs, investigate customer complaints, perform FA's, and implement corrective actions
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products
Analyze technical problems and provide solutions
Responsible to maintain SPC
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
Provide support to the production floor
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Develop specs and produce documents for manufacturing
Must have the personality and temperament to work as part of a team
Implement changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency as well as improve yields and reduce cycle time
Perform DOE to optimize processes
Review assigned projects to define, design, develop and deploy the most workable solution utilizing the least amount of resources
Assisting production departments with fixturing and tooling
