High school diploma or equivalency, required.

5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in manufacturing or related industry required.

Leadership or team coordination experience required.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Good vision and color identification required for inspections.

Ability to work non-standard hours and respond to shift demands.

Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per shift.

First Shift

Monday – Thursday 4AM – 1PM

Friday 4AM – 8AM

Second Shift

Monday – Thursday 1PM – 11PM

Closed toe non-slip shoes (required)

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement

Able to lift a minimum of 20lbs

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred

$27.00 - $33.00 hourly

2+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical degree

Ability to compile and analyze data

Understanding SPC, and process capability determination

Technical expertise to identify root cause through data analysis

Ability to evaluate, develop and implement improvements quickly

Understanding of precision measurement instruments

Hands-on manufacturing/engineering experience in a fabrication/assembly shop environment

Experience supporting an ISO Quality System

Ability to eliminate Quality challenges using poke-yokes and Zero QC techniques

Welding process knowledge
