BS or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Similar Engineering major required
5-7 or more years of engineering leadership experience, with direct leadership of staff required
Previous work experience as an engineering manager, supervisor or similar role is required
Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
Must be familiar with and able to utilize AutoCAD and Solidworks
