Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, quality, and operations teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Prior manufacturing, fabrication, quality, internship, co-op, or engineering experience is preferred.
