Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of experience in catastrophe hail repair operations, automotive repair management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of repair standards, insurance claims processes, and hail damage assessment.
