LPN

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.

Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Can be new or experienced LPN.

Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.

Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.

Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: • ACLS/ALS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) • PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) • S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) • Six Assessment & Care Modules • Other unit-specific certifications as required.

Preferred Certifications: IV Certification within 1 year of hire.

Monday- Friday.

2 Shifts per week

1-3 Shifts per week as needed.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Requires an MS in Nursing and minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience with IVs required.

Current, active, and valid unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional with scope of license in applicable state required in applicable state required.

Requires active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.

Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states.

Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position

Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.

Healthcare experience with IV's strongly preferred.

2+ years of experience with IV preferred.

Port, PICC & Peripheral Line experienced preferred.

Medication Mixing experience is preferred.

Titration experience preferred.
