Technical degree, skilled trades certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading or coaching maintenance teams
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reliability principles
Understanding of labor practices and employee relations fundamentals
Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
