Be able to work overtime on an as-needed basis.
Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, lift, use fingers, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Ability to operate CNC mill and lathe with live tooling.
Ability to operate manual mill, lathes, grinders and hone.
Operate basic hand and power tools, digital calipers, micrometers, tape measures, band saw, sander, drill press, ear protectors, dust mask, respirator, latex and leather gloves, and safety glasses.
Strong blueprint reading and comprehension.
Skilled in manual mill, lathe, hone, grinding and CNC setup and operation functions.
Strong knowledge of production tooling selection and use, including spindle tooling and cutting tools.
Expert in common inspection and gaging techniques, including micrometers, bore gages, height gages, indicators, thread gaging, profilometers, and optical comparators.
Basic computer and software skills.
Five years machining experience including familiarity with manual and CNC production equipment.
Three years setup and production experience on CNC equipment.
